It is the responsibility of the Directors to ensure that the companies accounts are prepared and submitted to Companies House in accordance with Companies Act 1985 and recognised accounting standards within ten months of the Accounting year end. Bayar Associates works closely with company Directors to ensure these deadlines are met.

As a firm registered as auditors by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we can provide audits for companies who have a compulsary obligation to have their accounts audited as well as for those companies who have chosen to have an audit because of the benefits and reassurances an audit can bring.
